Public Houses
A great pub isn’t just a place to grab a pint—it’s a gathering spot where stories are shared, memories are made, and communities come together. We believe the design of a pub should do more than serve drinks; it should create an atmosphere that invites connection, comfort, and character.
Today’s pubs are evolving, balancing tradition with modern needs. Whether it's a cozy corner to unwind, a lively area for groups, or flexible spaces for events, the design has to cater to all kinds of moments. From rustic charm to sleek, contemporary vibes, we create spaces that reflect the spirit of the pub, blending functionality with personality.
Because a pub’s design should feel as welcoming and unique as the people who walk through its doors.
OUR PREVIOUS PUBLIC HOUSE PROJECTS -
Chesterfield Arms
First opened in 1737, the pub reclaimed its historic name after a refurbishment by the Nanu Group, restoring its classic London charm.
With a bold red exterior and dark wood interiors, it blends old-world style with cozy comfort. Whether you're winding down after a long day or sharing a meal with friends, this hidden gem connects visitors to London’s rich past—earning it a spot on Time Out's ‘8 Best Mayfair Pubs’.
The Prince Bonaparte
Standing proudly at the corner of Chepstow and Talbot Road, between Notting Hill and Paddington, just minutes from Royal Oak station. Nanu Group reimagined this once-disjointed space into a stylish gastropub, complete with a chef’s table and well-defined bar and dining areas. Vibrant red leather accents and warm oak finishes breathe new life into this neighborhood gem.
The Footman
Nanu Group revitalised The Footman, a historic Mayfair pub dating back to 1749. Once a hub for local footmen, it now features distinct areas for dining, drinking, and private events. Original elements like the art deco bar were preserved, with modern touches added for a warmer, more inviting feel—earning it a spot on Time Out’s ‘8 Best Mayfair Pubs’.
