42 The Calls Hotel
A 5-star hotel embodying luxury, Nanu Group redesigned one of Leeds' oldest landmark hotels. The redevelopment includes a stunning interior overhaul and the addition of an exclusive rooftop bar, reserved for members only.
Spa Hotel
Nanu Group completed a full redesign of a spa hotel in Yorkshire, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics to rival local competition. The transformation includes the bedrooms, en-suites, reception, restaurant, hotel bar, sports bar, and conference facilities, all with a modern, luxurious yet inviting atmosphere. High-end furnishings, bespoke lighting, and sophisticated color palettes ensure a perfect blend of comfort and style. Nanu Group’s design marries Yorkshire’s heritage with contemporary luxury, establishing the hotel as a premier destination.
The Milsom
Nanu Group transformed a derelict seafood restaurant into a gastro staycation venue. Located in a Grade 2 listed building in the heart of Bath, the project brought warmth, character, and charm to every corner enhancing key features. This included uncovering and restoring the mosaic flooring in the bar area.

The Bear Inn
Located just outside Bath's city center on Bear Flat, The Bear Inn was reimagined by Nanu Group into a gastro pub with six boutique hotel rooms. The Inn offers luxurious accommodations for both leisure and business travelers, alongside a welcoming pub and restaurant that caters to weekend brunches, Sunday roasts, and mid-week dining and drinks.
